Batman harley quinn revenge.

Hi i have a modded xbox 360 and i bought the batman arkham city + dlc from the game store and i installed everything but harley quinn revenge cant be installed do i have to go xbox live or something to install it?

u r asking a game specific Question, is there an option to install the DLC on the disc? but here is my thought.
i have bought re5 with DLC before. (gold edition) it is a Gold edition no doubt about it, but the DLC need to be downloaded from the internet to ur xbox, which u cant do, since its moded and u using xxx disc. my ps3 version is FULL dlc version tho. so it depends, usually if the DLC is already on the disc, u dont need to install it manually, it would be accessible from the start,. no?
if u r on JTAG, u can dload the dlc from any site.
